About The Band
The Wildest has toured and recorded exclusively with Sam Butera, paying tribute to the great Louis Prima. The Wildest has had the pleasure of touring and performing with Van Morrison in Germany, the UK and the States on three tours in 2000, 2002 and 2003. The Wildest also performed with Al Hirt and all the sold out shows at the Desert Inn in Las Vegas with Keely Smith and Sam Butera. The WILDEST continues playing and performing the legendary songs from the pen of Louis Prima, Keely and Sam Butera. The Wildest also performs other great Swing, Jazz and Blues classics.

Bobby Ruggiero
Robert Ruggiero has over 25 years Professional Experience in Touring, Recording, and Production as a Drummer/Musical Director. He has a Bachelor of music degree from Cal State University Northridge and won Best Drum Solo at the New Orleans Jazz Festival.

Bob has performed with many legendary entertainers including Van Morrison, Keely Smith , Sam Butera, Don Rickles, Dean Martin & The Gold Diggers, The Beau Brummels, Lee Greenwood, Tony Orlando, George Burns, Allen & Rossi, Jimmy Smith and Al Hirt.
Ric Stabile
Ric Stabile, son of famous Band Leader, arranger and saxaphonist DICK STABILE has taken Las Vegas by storm with his singing and musical talents.

For the last 18 months Ric has performed at the Bellagio hotel and casino for many private invitation-only functions. Ric has also, with his own band, worked exclusively for Royal Carribean cruise lines as their Special guest entertainer.
Greg Piccolo
Piccolo's credentials include 25 years with the Grammy nominated, world renowned, Roomful of Blues, where he served as bandleader, lead singer, and tenor sax man from 1978 until his departure in 1994.  His impressive catalog of more than fifty recordings includes sessions with Pat Benetar, Colin James, "Big" Joe Turner, the Fabulous Thunderbirds and Stevie Ray Vaughan, to mention a few.
Kevin Norton
Kevin is one of the original members of Sam Butera's band. He has played trumpet for The Brian Setzer Orchestra, Tony Bennett and Gwen Stefani of No Doubt.

He sings and plays trumpet for the Wildest Band.
Brandon Turchiano
Originally from Staten Island, New York, Brandon started playing trombone at the age of 9. Brandon studied at The Manhattan School of Music, The Juilliard School and Lynn Conservatory of Music.

After receiving his degree, Brandon relocated to Los Angeles, CA to play in the Henry Mancini Institute's Summer Music Festival. He then toured Europe with the Latin jazz group Pink Martini.

The past 4 years Brandon has played trombone for saxophone legend Sam Butera and his group "The Wildest". The Wildest have performed all over the country and attended numerous jazz festivals throughout Europe.
Jay Miles
Jay Miles, (contrary to popular belief) is from San Antonio Texas. Not Baltimore. Jay has been on the east coast playing in swing jazz and blues bands.

Jay was also the main stay Bass Player for Alan Dale’s New Legacy Jazz Band until he relocated to Las Vegas and has been with Sam Butera and the wildest for the last six years. Jay has had the pleasure of touring with the Wildest and performing with Van Morrison on three tours.
Shinichi Otsu
Shinichi is a graduate of the Berkeley College of Music and has performed with the Temptations, Jean Carne, Kenwood Dennard, Gabrielle Goodman and others. He was also the pianist for the Tony prize winning musical Rent and the Disney radio band. Shinichi is also a staff pianist for the voice department of Berklee College of Music.
